What is supplied?

A whole deer carcass in the skin, gralloched and chilled. Carcasses are not skinned, butchered, portioned or packed.

Where do I collect?

Collection is arranged near Acle, Norfolk. Exact details are provided when a carcass is offered and collection is confirmed.

Can you guarantee a particular species or size?

No. Supply is occasional and depends on local deer management requirements, seasons and the carcasses available at the time.

How much do carcasses cost?

Carcasses are priced individually. Muntjac from £20, Chinese Water Deer from £25, Roe from £35. The price for each available carcass will be provided through the mailing or WhatsApp list.

Do I need to process the carcass myself?

Yes. Buyers must be confident and properly equipped to transport, store and process a whole in skin carcass hygienically.
