Wayside Game Larder uses the personal information you provide through the availability form to contact you about whole deer carcass availability and collection arrangements.

Your name, email address, optional mobile number, area or postcode, preferences you choose to share, and a record of our communications with you.
Why we use it
We use this information with your consent to manage the availability list and respond to enquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. We may use a form or email service provider to store and deliver submissions. We keep availability-list information until you ask us to remove it, it is no longer needed, or the service closes. Records required for food traceability may be retained separately under applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of your information, or object to its use. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
